This young mother had a very poor result from breast augmentation by a non-specialist "cosmetic" surgeon, with excessively large implants used unsuccessfully to try to correct her droopy breasts. She required a comprehensive breast implant revision with smaller implants placed behind her muscle, and breast lift surgery. Surgery by Dr Steve Merten.
