With a warm and approachable nature, our Practice Manager, Chantelle, comes with over 18 years experience in the Plastic Surgery industry as well as an extensive background working within our private hospital system. Chantelle is a valuable Practice Manager, whose priority is to make sure each and every one of our patients receive the highest quality of care. As the leader of the Pure Aesthetics team, Chantelle’s values align with the Pure Aesthetic philosophy and strives to ensure high levels of customer service standards are maintained through her drive for continuous improvement and passion for the plastic surgery industry. Outside of work, Chantelle is a busy Mum of three with a passion for photography.

As the patient coordinator here at Pure Aesthetics, I am dedicated to ensuring that every step of your healthcare journey is smooth, comfortable, and tailored to your needs. With a passion for helping others and a commitment to exceptional patient care, I strive to be your trusted guide throughout your experience with us. With extensive experience in healthcare administration, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role. I understand that navigating the healthcare system can be daunting, which is why I am here to provide personalised assistance every step of the way. From scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans to answering any questions you may have, I am dedicated to making your experience with us as stress-free as possible.

Scarlett joined the Pure Aesthetics team at the beginning of 2023 and is able to help with any patient enquiries and concerns. With over 6 years in the workforce, mainly in customer service, she is eager to help and make sure your surgery journey is as smooth and stress free as possible. With a specialized interest in social media, she curates the company’s Instagram page as well as writes and designs the newsletters. She is passionate about working with the PA team and specialized surgeons and brings her enthusiasm in her role as a Medical Receptionist.

Lesley has been a Registered Nurse since 1987 working in many diverse areas: medical/surgical, allergy, aged care and operating theatres (adult and children). She travelled to Scotland to complete her midwifery qualification before finding herself working in a busy London Maternity Unit. On returning to Australia she moved into the world of infant nutrition and even taught birthing classes at Royal North Shore Hospital. After having children of her own she was offered her first job in laser aesthetics, working for pioneers of the industry. Teaching had always been a passion and while completing her MA in Education she began work as Australia’s first Clinical Laser Educator for Candela Corp. and authored a Laser Safety Course endorsed by Qld Radiation Health. More recently she has held the position of QLD/NSW Clinical Manager for Cryomed gaining experience in treating with most laser types, radio frequency needling devices, cryolypolisis, PRP and co-authored a new Learning Management System in conjunction with the entire clinical training team. Lesley is an approachable and compassionate nurse, adept and exacting and believes wholeheartedly in lifelong learning –we are never too old to learn new tricks. She brings her enthusiasm for improving patient’s surgical outcomes to Pure Aesthetics and is here to assist you with whatever you need in relation to your surgery, please just ask.
